of cost reduction, customer experienced high percentage of product
defects, including pin holes, streaks on container surface. Also,
the container may fail to meet both drop test and the accelerated permeability tests. |

treat the recycled HDPE pellets with liquid TK-1 (dosage: 0.3% by
weight)

1. both pin holes and streaks significantly reduced after using TK-1
(see photo below)
2. cosmetic quality much improved due to better resin agglomeration
