Customer concerns: |
to what extent that TK will help to save
the power usage of the extrusion machines? |
| Tests
Brief: |
1. evaluate the resin fusion time and
melt viscosity effect by using of TK-1
2. study the magnitude of power saving
|
| Tests
Result: |
1. when added with TK-1, the shorter fusion time and lower melt
viscosity is noted, also due to the magnificent lubricating power
of TK-1, the common problems such as pinhole, air streak on the
surface and melt fracture at fusion point is found to be minimal.
