How To Use MB TK Series (MasterBatch)

1. General: MB TK Series can be used in all kinds of plastic resins, including the ABS, PS, PP, PVC, PC, NYLON, PET, and Engineering Plastics, etc.
   

2. Use MB TK Series with Virgin Resin:
   
   1) Dosage: 1~2% depend on the MFI (Melt Flow Index) of PP/HDPE Resin.
   

   a. 1% for MFI-2 till MFI-2.5 b. 1.5% for MFI-1.5 till MFI-1.9 c. 2.0% for increase the output more depend on the machine. The MB TK Series can be used to solve the lower MFI problem. The resin of MFI will increase the MFI with the TK Series.

   2) Directly mixed with MB-colorants, FILLER , MB-UV and resin in mixer. Like before mixing Time.
   

3. Use MB TK Series with the Recycled (or Reground) Resin:
   
   1) Dosage: 4% for 100% regrind material 2~4% depend on the % of regrind material %. If 100% same color of regrind just directly mixed with the TK Series and do not put any colorants. The products will like virgin material made.
   2) Make sure the regrind resin is clean.
