FONT USA is both distributor and sales agent for a large computer peripheral and telephone manufacturer which headquartered in Taiwan. The remarkable 2 in 1 mouse phone is the first product we choose to market through the Internet. Our goal is to integrate our overseas product design & manufacturing group with the U.S. based sales/distribution network; molding them into an efficient service team. This will continue to provide our customers with products of the best quality, latest technology and competitive prices.

Your order package (1 set) will include: mouse phone attached with PS/2 mouse connector
and telephone line jack; earphone (include both microphone and ear-piece); and user
manual.
Prices:
All prices listed on our online store are subject to change without notice. Pricing is ex-warehouse and does not include freight. Prices are exclusive of all taxes now in force or enacted in the future and therefore may subject to an increase. FONT USA is not responsible for typographical errors.
Payment & Security:
We accept credit card purchases of American Express, MasterCard and Visa. If you prefer, you may also choose to fax or mail your order along with either US$ money order, US$ check or credit card information. Shipment will be made as soon as your remittance is confirmed.
We use CartManager solution to build our online shopping environment and use E-Commerce Exchange for credit card transaction processing on the web. All orders and payment information sent from our web server will be encrypted using current industry standard RSA certified 40 bit encryption using Secure Socket Layer v2.0 at the very least. The system is designed to support the future trends in electronic commerce security, including SET and Open Financial Exchange (OFX), as these technologies come to full fruition. On the bank end, (the link between the E-Commerce Exchange servers and the credit card network), the communications link is a dedicated point to point private connection, not accessible through the Internet at all.
Shipping:
We select UPS as our shipping agent, when you checkout from our online store, you may choose different UPS services, such as UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select® or UPS Ground . You will receive an automatic e-mail notice after your package is shipped. You may track the shipment of your order, any time, anywhere in the world, by using your own browser and from UPS web site. We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee, Limited Warranty & Return:
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, You may return the Mouse Phone within 30 calendar days of the shipping date. For all opened and/or unopened non-defective returns for credit, we will charge 8.5% of the original invoice prices for the credit card transaction processing and our restock handling fees.
Please note all returns must be 100% complete, in resalable condition (packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and includes original packing material, manuals, and any other accessories included in the original package.Limited Warranty - This warranty applies only to FONT USA products purchased and used in the United States. FONT USA warrants to the first retail purchaser, when shipped in its original container, will be free from defective workmanship and materials, and agrees that it will at its option, either repair the defect or replace the defective Product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor for the period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. If your Product is defective and returned within this said period, we will repair it or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you. If we repair your Product, we may use new or reconditioned replacement parts. If we choose to replace your Product, we may replace it with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period.
This limited warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, use outside the United States, fire, flood, and acts of God. This warranty does not apply to any appearance items of the Product or any Product the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction. We will also not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your Product, or any property damage caused by your Product or its failure to work, or any other incidental, installation or consequential damages.
We request you retain your original packing material in the event you need to ship your Product. When sending your Product to us, please include your name, address, phone number, proof of date of purchase, and a description of the operating problem. It is recommended to use registered package mail or a shipping company that can track packages. FONT USA is not responsible for lost or stolen products. After repairing or replacing your Product, we will ship it to your address in the United States at no cost to you.
In order to return any product to FONT USA Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and once RMA numbers is issued, it will be valid for 10 calendar days from its issue date. Products received by FONT USA with an expired RMA number will be refused and returned to Customer. No return of any type will be accepted without a RMA number. Please contact our service in case of returns.
