3. Place an initial order of 10+ units at our Reseller/Wholesaler volume discount prices. Contact us for latest price sheet.

What We Offer

1. Reseller/Wholesaler volume discount prices.
2. Payment terms: credit card, money order or company check.
3. Lead time for delivery: Please call to check! In general and for in-stock items, orders of  less than 20 units will be shipped via UPS next day; orders larger than 100 units may take longer. Shipment will be made after payment is confirmed. Please let us know if your company has a UPS account.
4. Policy on defective product: 1 year limited warranty. Pre-approval of Return Authorization is required. Reseller shall cover all expenses and freight associated with the returns. FONT USA will either repair or replace the returned units with new or reworked units.
5. Your company will be listed in Where to Buy page of FONT USA's website.

1. Would I be your sole retailer in my market?
   

No, not at this time. We welcome everybody to join and sell our existing products.

2. Do you participate in advertising costs?
   

The program is being developed! Preliminarily our ad program will be limited to Internet marketing media.

3. Do you provide sales training on your products?
   

Yes, but limited to major account customers. Also, the mouse phone is easy to use and therefore the product itself should be self-explanatory.

4. What is the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)?
   
   Please see our online prices for reference, but you may define your own price strategy according to your valued added service and specific marketing territories.
   
   
5. What is the packaging for the mouse phone?
   
   The product is packed in a color printed paper box as shown in the picture at right, the box center is covered with clear plastic so that potential customers can view the product. the paper box's dimension (H x W x D, not include paper hanger) is: 7.0 x 5.5 x 1.6 (in) or 178 x 142 x 42 (mm). Unit weight is 12 ounces or 0.75 lb.
